insurance covers buildings under construction whether it is a
house in one level (one family villa) or a larger project.

is very wise already to contact us during the preparation
stage, so that we, in collaboration with your architect and
engineer, can take care of insurance questions, insurance
cover, etc.
If
a bank is involved regarding financing, we can do a test
policy to be pre-approved by the bank.
The
insurance covers in general :
Fire,
storm damage, 3rd part responsibility as a building
constructor, and it can be extended with building material,
responsibility for machinery, etc.
